Freedom Projects will provide you with a detailed project timeline. We’ll connect you with a supervisor, who will update you each day on the progress of your project. This will include what is happening during the day, what is planned for the next day, and any issues that may need decisions. You will be given phone numbers for the supervisor, the office, and the owner of Freedom Projects so you will always be able to get in contact with us at any time. 

We sure do. All our consultations are free. We come to you to chat about options and provide a free quotation based on what is discussed. There is no obligation—we won’t bombard you with calls or emails chasing up a decision.

Should you already have quotes from other companies, please provide them to us so we can beat their price! If we can’t beat it without compromising on quality, we’ll be honest about this. We will also let you know if we think our competitors have provided you with a fair and reasonable quote.

We do include allowances for all fixtures and fittings within our pricing. However, these are personal preferences, and we believe that you should have the choice to choose your own fittings and fixtures (for items such as tiles, toilets, basins, baths, tapware, vanities, lights, accessories and fittings). We will guide you through that selection process, offering advice and our buying power so you can find competitive prices from recommended suppliers.

Our preference is to locate a lock box on site, so you do not need to be there all the time. Renovations can be noisy and disruptive! Remember, all of our trades are professional, honest and reliable. We have worked together for many years as trusted partners. And you will be advised each day about what works are happening, with an approximate time for trades to arrive. No surprises. 

Portable amenities (showers and toilets) can be provided at a small additional cost. These can be located outside, in private areas, so you don’t need to relocate during bathroom renovations.

All building rubbish and rubble will be removed via a skip bin that is included in our price. Skips will be removed prior to works being completed and commissioning. Dust is a necessary evil but we make every effort to limit this throughout the process.

Yes we offer a 7-year warranty on wetseal and 12 month warranty on everything else but wear and tear.
